We got to have a second Christmas with Erics family. Brian and Tiff came in and we opened presents in the morning, and then family came over for dinner. That's me in my hoodie footie pjs sitting on my awesome back massager:) Erics dad made a cute bird house out of erics old license plate from his truck that was traded for the "cash for clunkers" It had some old keepsakes inside and his key in the birdie hole.
Then the day after Christmas we got a huge snow storm...19 inches!!! Jer-z super loved it. He was running, jumping laying down and eating the snow. We drove to Atlantic City the next day (despite the state of emergency warnings) and there were at least 100 cars in ditches, snow plowed in or just abandoned. Everything looked really pretty tho.
We went to Pennsylvania for New Years and ended up staying Friday, Sat, and Sunday with some friends just hanging out. It was very fun and relaxing.
We started work the following week. We are both working long hours and getting home pretty late. Erics mom has been awesome and has dinner ready when we get home around 8:30. We are both working out almost everyday and still eating healthy.
We have had a pretty crazy winter so far...even people from New Jersey think so. As soon as the snow starts to melt we get another storm. We are expecting to get 8-14 inches tonight. Its been a learning, but fun experience for this Texas girl. Thats pretty much all thats going on as of now. We are still loving God, loving each other and love what we are doing!
