Day 101-110

Aunt Jessie was in town, and she is an art teacher. She brought little canvases for me to paint. We had a really good and messy time. I made hand prints and foot prints and other keepsakes for mommy to remember how small and talented I am.

Farmers market at the Toth house. Yummy veggies. They start me young.

This is one of my mommy's favorite pics!!!

I love fall!

I went to the hand specialist with mommy today for her wrist pain, and she left in a cast! The Dr thinks she has some torn ligaments that haven't healed over the last couple of years. She knew it would be hard to take care of me, but on the way home she started wondering how she was going to take care of herself:) It will be challenging, but she can do it for a month. Daddy took us to Cheddars-moms favorite restaurant-to make her feel better.

We went to our friends today-we call it the "house of talent." There are 4 girls that live there-one sews, one finds things on the side of the road and makes them awesome, one girl plays guitar and takes fancy pictures and the other girl crochets. She made this hat and i put it on and kinda liked it. My mom was ready to buy a new camera and do crafts by the time she left.

Today we made dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. My mom found recipes online and the research others have done shows that we can save $140.00 a year. We shall see how well it works. Go Green!

This is my friend Shonnie. She gave me a little doll that says "Children are a gift from the Lord!" Amen to that.

My mom introduced me to Sophie today. She is a special giraffe that I'm growing to love. Jer-z goes nuts when my mom gets it off the shelf because it has a squeaker in it. One mistake of my mom leaving it where he can get it and Sophie is history!

Pinterest is my moms new obsession! It has lots of awesome crafts for her to do that others have come up with. This is her first party with a couple of friends...many more to come-I'm sure:)

Days 91-100!

Im already 100 days old today! Boy how time flys.

It's a tough job being a superhero, but somebody's got to do it. We had a good time passing out candy to all the kids. Most of them called me superbaby...but I was like "I'm a MAN!" I know that technically I can't exist in the same world as Spiderman, but tonight 2 comic worlds collided!

How precious are my little feet? Where will these little feet walk? Who's path will my little feet cross? How far will these little feet run? How much mud will these little feet track in the house?

We drove to Dallas today to see my mom's cousin get married. The wedding was beautiful, and I didn't cry during the ceremony. Chris and Emily are both pilots, so it was very fitting for them to have their reception at the American Airlines museum. It was great to see and meet so much of grandma Merkey's family.

Me and Levi trying on our halloween costumes! My dads a hero and his dad is a police officer. We take our jobs very seriously.

Back to the pumpkin patch for more pumpkins. Lucky for me the 18 wheeler was there to restock the pumpkin patch and he let me get in the truck to take a picture!

This is me all stretched out. I love being out of my swaddler now...makes me feel like such a big boy. My mom has successfully weaned me from my miracle blanket and wombie.

This is my first time to go to their party, but its their 6th annual carving party. My mom learned how to carve pumpkins here. It's always a good time for everyone!

This is my tongue. I just found it the other day. I love to stick it out. I do this funny thing where I stick it out then start sucking my lip at the same time. Makes my parents laugh.

Days 81-90

My Giraffe Robe...

My mom is getting ready to be a bridesmaid for her friend Sherry's wedding. I sit here in my bumbo and watch her, and look at myself in the mirror.

So my dad has been going over to his old roommate Doug's apartment for years for his man date. They play Mario Kart and other video games for hours. I got to go hang out with the boys while my mom had her girls night. All of us had a good time.

Frisbee Golf at the park by my house.

Nothing like a beautiful morning sitting in a Cracker Barrel rocking chair.

"Gone Fishing"

My first visit to CCC. The church my mom grew up in and my parents got married in.

My first slumber party with my grandparents! My mom went to a bachelorette party for the night and I got to spend the night with grandpa and grandma. It wasn't easy for her to leave, but she knew I was in good hands.

We drove to Houston because Uncle Jacob was in town from California! It was so good to see him. He flew in, and will drive back with his girlfriend who is moving to Cali. Bye Rachel!

Days 71-80

This is one of the pilots for the B-24, an American Heavy Bomber used in WW2. This is one of the only ones, if not THE only one that still runs today.

This is the Wombie:) I use it for naps and overnight. I loves it. This morning I turned 180 degrees in my crib somehow.

Daddy bought me this playmate today. I love all the colors and when i get excited i hit the hanging toys. This mat keeps me entertained for a while so mommy can make breakfast then come eat and play with me.

This is my Bumbo seat. I'm holding my head up well enough to sit it all by myself. Jer-z likes to hang out next to me. He's such a good dog.

The Dragon Master...

Texas Reds! My parents love going to this every year. It's a steak and wine festival with wines from all over Texas. They have lots of vendors, activities and concerts all weekend.

Its fall time and pumpkins are everywhere. My friend Levi and his mom like to take lots of pictures of us.

The Pumpkin Patch. Ive never seen so many pumpkins!

This is my sad face, but my mom can't help but smile. Look at my bottom lip, do you feel sorry for me or what???

We brought Levi's parents dinner tonight. My mom was trying to be super mom and carry me, and the food...and dumped a lot of the food on their front porch:( we were able to save most of it, but she felt pretty bad. He's getting big and we will be crawling and getting into stuff in no time!!!

Days 66-70

So it's official...we are a cloth diapering family. My mom really likes it. My dad (who was originally totally against) it is catching on pretty fast. Although this diaper is put on backwards (Gma Merkey did the same thing a different time). It gives my mom a pretty good laugh.

Im blowing lots of bubbles (and drooling) these days. If you coo or laugh, I normally repeat it back to you. Its a fun little game i like to play. Before y'all know it I'll be teething and saying real words!!!

This is Melvin. He's a former Harlem GlobeTrotter, but now does motivational speaking all over the world. I got to hang out with him today, and he told me that he married my parents a few years ago. He's a real funny guy. I'm glad I got to hear him speak at FamilyFest.

Getting my hair done with mommy:) Uncle Jacob's Girlfriend Rachel did our hair (really just my moms) for the last time before she moves to San Diego, CA. My mom went a little crazy since Rachel is moving away...

So my dad and mom have been working really hard the last 2 years, and 3 months to get out of debt. They listened to Dave Ramsey, prayed a lot and got on a pretty strict budget. They started out with $88,000.00 worth of school loans, credit cards, new cars, boats and who knows what else. With God's Blessings, a lot of hard work (part time jobs and overtime) and a dad that loves to budget money THEY DID IT. THEY ARE NOW DEBT FREE!!! Thank you Lord!

Day 59-65

Jer-z has been so good to me since I came home. He knows not to get too close to me or give me too many kisses. He protects me and lets mommy know when I'm crying. We are going to grow up and be best friends.

These are little scrubs to wear to be like mommy and daddy. They even have my name on them. Daddy took me to his staff meeting today. They almost put me to work, but I had to tell them that I'm not really a Doctor...yet. Then we went and saw mommy up at work and daddy showed me off to all our friends.

Daddy is such a good babysitter. We have so much fun together when mommy's at work!

They call me Mr Muscles.

I got to go hang out with the ladies today at Sherry's bridal shower. All the friends mommy would ask to babysit me were at the shower. I tried not to steal the show from Sherry, but a lot of the attention was on me today...I'm not gunna lie. But I don't think she minded:) We all had a good time.

*Speechless*

My first time in the jogging stroller. I know you can't see me very well, but I'm just sleeping. My parents want to run the College Station half marathon in December, so they started training today. Good thing I like being outside and going with them.
